Story of a Thari youngman (or every Pakistani). On a complaint from Thar area, I was told a strange story by a young man by the name of Rajesh Kumar. He had applied and succeeded in getting a loan of one Million in Prime Minister Loan program for setting up his own business. He was required by Bank to get some property documents verified from Mukhtiarkar office and was made to keep visiting it for 7 consecutive days. Not once could he find Mukhtiarkar in his office. Ultimately a Tapedar told him he could help him with speed money. As I came to know of this and spoke with this young man, I took immediate action. The papers were verified in minutes but the Mukhtiarkar and Tapedar were immediately suspended and inquiry initiated (names not being disclosed purposely).
