You dont leave family members behind. I brought home a very difficult 9 months old mix, who is driving everyone nuts, having accidents, separation anxiety, getting me in trouble with the home owners (parents..) But ya know what, we are his fourth home, and WE brought him here. He is now part of this crazy family of ours, for good or bad, and nothing could make me give him up, ESPECIALLY to a shelter.
