Story time!!: Let me tell you why I love my daddy so much! I settled my repo from this summer, answered every debt collection call today and got them handled and so essentially I am 100% debt free, now just need to build my credit. Hit my auto bonus with Le-Vel so Im looking at what car I can get to help me build my way to the car of my dreams. I made an appointment with a lady to help me with all of this at the bank and yeah, Im taking control of my life head on and its not as scary as what I was running away from all of this time. Cool. I decided to call dad and tell him what I accomplished today (I live for my gold stars lol). Me- So since youve been used to me calling to vent or cry around to you these past few years, thank you by the way, I decided to call you today with POSITIVE! Him- I love positive! Lets hear it! (I proceed to tell him about it all). Him- Thats awesome little girl! Im really proud of you. By the way I only have two weeks of my Thrive left I need you to.. Me- I already did. Its on its way. When I made the first big step of changing my life I called my dad. He didnt give me a lecture he just said The doors always open. It would of been easier if he would of yelled at me but this man bleeds positive and forgiveness, compassion and caring. When I told my dad about Thrive he didnt ask for samples or ask me to prove it, he just said Sounds good, I got to try something different. Who do I make the check out to? Haha, and well as Chris Collins says to people, make a list of people that would get you out of jail if you were in there. Well Ive been to jail a time or two or three times in my day, and well thats easy, DAD! Ive never called him to bail me out but I know he would if I called. Ive lost a lot of friends in this process because I found out who really trusts me, whos really actually happy for me, whos supportive, whos real, and really if I were to go into battle, who I could actually count on. I burned a lot of bridges with people in the past but Ive also gained a lot of AMAZING people! I now talk to people everyday that Ive never met but I hope to someday. How life changes when you open yourself up to a better lifestyle. Thank you Thrive for this opportunity. Thank you friends who believed me and are now on my team and are changing other peoples lives now. Thank you Casey Carter and Chris for not giving up on me and still guide me daily. Thank you dad for being my ride or die. Thank you GOD for not letting me go that day I promised you Id make a change, and leading my way to do what I know is my purpose in life. Thank you LIFE for making me stronger everyday. #Thrive
