Straight Talk, Net 10 and Trac Fone are all the same company. This is how bad they have gotten. When it was just Trac Fone they would bend over backwards to help you out. Now that they have come out with all three of the compaines they have gone to the Garbage Dump. Now for a customer that has used all 3 of their companies for over 8 years and like them, I a told by them that there is nothing that they can do for me at all, because my Straight Talk Phone that works off Sprint can not be changed over to a Verizion Tower. So afte 8 years of service with these people that are not AMERICANS they are telling me that I am useless and they can not and will not help me change my phone over from one tower to another like they have in the past. If you only new what kind of language I want to use and say about these people. So it is in your best intrest to use any of these compaines because then soon they will tell you are worthless and because you are a Amercian they will stick it to you every time they get a chance to.
