Straight from Czech Republic Oldrich Sic Jr. Oldrich Sic Jr At the beginning there was a key.It matched in the lock of the Gogo Club in Czech Znaim, close to the border of Austria. 15 years old Oldrich Sic Jr. owned it. The evenings he spent his time working there, although that would have been a scandal nower days, but in the end it turned out to be a fortune.Animated by the austrian radio-station FM4, he started to be interested in techno and house.He began to come over to the club during the days, and practised djing with his first self-bought records.So one day he was a Dj himself, in the club, where already then, a lot of international celebreties, especially those of the young-fashionable-czech szene were around. But Znaim is a tiny little place, and Oldrich (who was known as DJ Rastahead because of his hair back then) wanted to leave and see some more of the world. At first sight it seems to be tragic that his journey already ended in Augsburg - Bavaria. But recently it was a non-expected chanche; Within only a few months he made it, with his Skills and his insistence, to be one of the most wanted djs in town. He djed in clubs like the Kerosin, Capitol, Parklounge and Liquid. And for about five years he is resident-dj of mahagonibar and pantheon. His fluent style is to be located somewhere between techhouse, minimal and electro. He calls it metro techno ( metropoliten techno ) every once in a while, with a maximum of attention for affectivity of his audience. As a dj you have to swing, cause life swings... Hes also around in Czechrepublic regularly, and even clubbers of the Slowakrepublic had a couple of chanches toenjoyed his mixingskills. These Skills actually got about til Siberia: In summer 07 Oldrich Sic Jr. was resident in Hospital Club during a whole month in Chabarowsk - Russia. Time difference between germany and the little town close to Wladiwostock: 9 hours. Sic: Thats more than far away. A real adventure. The next adventure is supposed to be a musical one: Oldrich wants to present his own productions live on stage, and to enlarge his spreads this way. He never forgets about his migration background: Oldrich, who exclusively djs with vinyl, sees himself as a part of the Czech szene, and that is what he brought to Augsburg. A rather famous event, Oldrich invented, is called Prague Electric.It already presented: Josef Sedlon, Ladida, Dj Loutka, DJ Trava and many others.... I want to show them what i do, and thank them for bringing me to what i do.I just want to give something back. A concept that has been successful, and brought him closer back to home. Another special and close relationship he keeps to Austria, where he played several gigs, in Club Crazy in Vienna for example. He already made one dream of his youth come true.Several times they played his tapes at a broadcast called La Boum Deluxe in Austria. FM4 rescued me when i was young, he says. From time to time he couldnt get enough of just playing the music,so at the age of about 17 he tocuhed the music software for the first time.His first experience dates back to 2007 when he moved to Dublin from his homecountry,so he started to think about the music more seriously.Of the End of 2011 Richard Released his first debut album Hair Doesnt Care EP on Soluble Recordings.Four days after his track Universal House reached chart 10 must hear tracks in Deep House on Beatport. In turn of 2012/2013 Richard starts also with Tech-House music,and also his Deep sounds are getting more dynamic sound.
