Strange phone call this afternoon Olive Oyl (Yvette) it went something like this. Is this John Yes whos this Yvette from Oncology Oh right what can I do for you I think we need to see you in clinic as soon as we can well its been a while Yes Im going to email Profs secretary now and get you booked in. Ok thanks A letter will be sent out. end of chat. told the enemy when I got home she thought it was odd I did have an appointment but it got cancelled because I had to undergo that massive last operation, the cancelled appointment was to get my scan results well during my convalescing at the QMC they told me that everything was stable and no treatment needed at that time. I saw my GP on Monday this week who sent me for xrays to my hips and left knee on Tuesday the surgery phone to tell me that my hips are both stable, nothing said about my knee, today I went to the surgery to make an appointment to see my GP Dr Mac, I have terminal cancer with at the last count 17 cancer sites my appointment is 10.40am 30/9/14 bloody glad Im not dying. Anyway I ask about my knee x-ray and have the results come back, she looks on the PC yes it has come back but hes not looked at it yet because hes not mar off, oh when will he look then just before he calls me in to the surgery on the 30/9/14 no she smiled he will probably look later today and give you a call. Well he hasnt phoned but Yvette has could there be a connection time will tell. But for tonight good night everyone sleep well
