Strawberry Kool-aid Meringue Cookies 2 egg whites 1/4 tsp cream of Tatar 1/2 cup sugar 1/4-1/2 tsp strawberry flavored Kool-aid (Jello can be used also) Preheat oven to 225 Beat whites and cream of tartar, gradually add sugar then the dry Kool-aid. The Kool-aid is very potent so start with the 1/4 tsp, taste then go from there or not! Once youve reached stiff peak stage drop by spoon or small ice cream scoop on to a foil lined baking sheet. Bake for 50 minutes, turn off oven and let set in oven 45-1 hour.
