Street Dogs are Special - it takes a special owner to take a street dog, if you are looking for the perfect dog then they are NOT for you!! How many times i have heard lately well he chases the cats(my dog chases the bloody cat!) and he is food aggressive what the HELL do you expect from a dog that has lived on the streets all his/her life...To be honest im always surprised these poor dogs dont have more problems than they generally do...they have been through hell!! So if you want a street dog then you need to expect some minor behavioural issues...they have had to fight for every scrap of food and inevitably have been treated badly by humans!! So please please think carefully before you take a street dog...it aint going to be perfect and it will take at least three months if not longer for it to settle down...these dogs have never been in a house before!! So PLEASE give them time to adjust if you have recently rehomed a dog from the streets!!
