Street & Nye - 9/13/14 - We decided to start our hike a little later in the day since we know these peaks were a lot shorter than the rest of them. By the time we got to the Loj at 10:30, the parking lot was FULL! Full? Huh? We never expected that...but anyways, we were determined to hike Street & Nye so we decided to park about .5 mile down the road in their overflow parking area. About 45 minutes into the hike, the rain started coming and did not stop once throughout the entire day. This cold and wet adventure just adds another epic ADK adventure to the book! 29 out of 46 peaks down and I WILL be finishing this year!!
