Strength : Beginners. At this stage you have developed a good base of training. Its now time to progress to a gym. Test: take as long as you need to establish a 1 rep max Strict press ( dont sacrifice form for weight) Establish a 1 rm backsquat. Make sure to hit full depth. Cool down with a 2 km easy row. Intermediate/advanced 5x5 backsquat increase weight 2.5 kg 5x5 press increase weight 2.5kg Conditioning 2km row for time.
