Strength Training: Great to get back to functional strength training. 3x20 medicine ball wall throws for warm up. 2x10 medicine ball slams. 2 planks one 30 second one 45 second. 3x20 push ups. 10 lying down medicine ball throws. Focused on being explosive as possible. 5 sets of rope whipping. 20 seconds felt great. 30 seconds could feel my lactate threshold kick in. 40 seconds had to switch to short strokes around 30 seconds to squeeze out last 10 seconds. 4th set all short strokes got up to 50 seconds. Final set long strokes to fail hit 30 seconds on the dot I was defiantly sucking wind at that point. Static stretched for 10 minutes to finish. Road work in the am. Get After It
