Hear speakers from the WMG present women’s rights and feminist perspectives on diverse sustainable development issues in the context of the Sustainable Development Goals and Post-2015 development agenda, drawing upon experiences in both Global South and North. The speakers are among the numerous authors of a new compilation by the WMG to be launched at the event, along with a joint WMG/FES publication, “Strengthening Gender Justice: Recommendations for the Sustainable Development Goals and the Post-2015 Development Agenda.” Representatives from FES-NY, Government of Timor-Leste, UN Women and the Norwegian Mission will also share views and there will be opportunity for dialogue.
