Stress is an expectation unavoidable part of life. Its our bodys reaction to any change that requires a emotional and physical response. Stress is known to cause depression, frustration, anger, and worry. Stress may affect people in many ways. Considering the following: *Chronic Stress can lead to anxiety or depression. Sleep problems are symptoms from Chronic Stress. Being depressed and anxious may also worsen stress, causing an awful cycle w/more seizures and mood problems. *Areas of brain are important for some type of seizures, for ex. partials, the same area of the brain involved in emotions and responding to stress. *Stress releases certain hormones related to the nervous system that can impact the brain. Its hard to know exactly how often stress triggers seizures, since stress means something different to everyone. It comes in different forms and has a different meaning for everyone. This past week I put together 29pages about stress, anxiety, and panicky, and put them in them in the best order I thought they should go. Its about information and different ways to help since were all different.
