Stressful month. Son in expelled school, bullying issues, but FINALLY looks like they might be getting him a tutor or help with math. I really which he could stay in a smaller school like the one he is in now as he is doing better there. Also, thought my paycheck had been shorted, but instead found out $140.00 was missing out of my account. A computer game that was suppose to cost $5.00 had some charges being 1 minute apart, some for .9 cents and some on the computer screen did not match up with the charges on my bank statement. Because of the weirdness (especially the ones for cents), I think it is some kind of glitch). I cancelled my bank card and will call the company in the morning and hope I get some one in the USA to talk to! I got my bank statements for an unrelated matter I am contesting and found this out. Time Warner has yet to pay Sams medical bills or reimburse me for lost time from work. Instead of paying out what to them is a piddly amount of money and be done with it, they would rather choose to harass me forever and drag the case out for over a year! They are paying another lawyer almost the same amount of money they agreed to pay for Sams bills, lawyer, etc, thus almost doubling what they are paying out (my lawyer already told them the paper they signed per Nebraska law insures they can not be sued further). Plus, cable wanted a background check, think child abuse check on me (eyeroll) before they wanted the judge to consider me to be in charge of the conservatorship. They act like we are are suing for a million or more when it is really in the low thousands. Maybe this is why some people lose it and go for millions over small things when these multi-million or even billion dollar companies do something so extremely cheap and aggravating. Okay done, agh!
