Stretching doesnt work? Sure... if you do it like an idiot, it doesnt. Weve been getting a lot of emails lately about flexibility questions, and the answers usually boil down to three things: 1. Use correct positioning 2. Be really consistent 3. Go easy on yourself Also, dont fall into the trap of expecting some magical secret protocol to make you instantly flexible if youre currently stiff. It takes time, and you need to have realistic expectations of how quickly you can improve. But you CAN improve.
