Strike whilst the irons hot, felt good after thetrainingplan barbell efficiency work so attempted this! A little poor on the footwork with this one, dont like sacrificing movement for thT little bit more but it happened this time round. Need to be patient on the pull & get depth through a partial squat not a starfish but Im so glad to say it! 305lb/138kg Power Clean! 140kg is coming up for sure!! Followed this up with a long OMEM gymnasty work. Hit around 100 Chest To Bar, 60 Strict deficit HSPU, 40 Muscle Ups, 80 Toes To bar! Big focus on efficiency with each movement feeling food! Back on the pursuit & Im feeling much better! Happy Sunday! JB
