Striker-Snake Bite This is Striker she was bitten by a Cotton Mouth snake. If it wasnt for Denises All Heal Salve Striker would have been put down. Her love and dedication to her is truly amazing. She has figured out what is best for her to eat and what supplements she has needed. The day the vet came I thought Striker had a stroke, she had such a hard time walking and standing she was walking around in a fog...She was running a fever plus when the vet took off the wrap and saw the skin falling off we were told there was little to none hope for her. I had Denise Eberle on the phone telling me not to put her down she was on her way over. The vet finally gave her a strong shot of antibiotics and Denise came over and started the treatment of her salve. Soon after we had the farrier come for our other horses and also felt she should be put down...Now you have to know and love Denise to know those are fighting words......This same horse last year had Pythiosis and because of her age the vet said he was not able to do anything except to put her down...If it was not for the tractor being broken she would have been put down but instead that day Denise walked into our lives. The Pythiosis has been cured and it looks like we will have the same outcome for Striker. Words cannot thank Denise enough for what she has been doing to treat Striker By: Rhoda Robinson Brown
