Stripped Down F330 Clone Build This is my first quad build. (I had a Blade 180qx before RIP.) Im hoping for a super simple and cheap quad that is still versatile enough to experiment with filming and fpv later. I will be using my Spektrum DX5e with the 6 channel receiver it came with (AR600). I am aware that my power dist. board and 12A escs are 2.0 mm bullet connectors while my motors use 3.5 connectors. I chose the escs because of cost, weight and size and I plan to simply solder the escs directly to the motors. Let me know if this is a bad idea. Switching to a 3.5 mm based power board and 20A afro escs would bring on 60 more grams and be bulkier. What do you guys think?
