Strong condemnation and gainsaying statement against Tugholok-y result of NU 1st year: Deep conspiracies are in progress against country’s education system- Shibir Bangladesh Islami Chhatrashibir strongly slammed and protested against Tugholok-y result of NU 1st year which showed only 19 percent of the students as ‘passed’. In a protest statement, the Secretary-General of Bangladesh Islami Chhatrashibir Abdul Zabbar said, “The long-awaited National University (NU) result published after 9 months have severely infuriated not only the aggrieved students but also their parents, teachers and other student segment. Only 19 percent of the sum total of students has passed; such inharmonious result can never be accepted. The student section believes that such baseless result is published as a part of deep conspiracies against national education system. This is why they are out with demands to mark out the papers again and to mend the existing education system. We completely support the movement of the students in this regard. Besides, We’d like to urge the government to come forward with proper solutions to the problems of the students; rather than to brand the movement as ‘political’ just the way how it was done in the past oftentimes.”
