StrongLifts 5x5 Workout A. One perk of working out at home is that I can lift barefoot. Apparently running shoes and crosstrainers have a little too much cushion in the heel and can throw you off balance when lifting heavy weights. Some people wear regular flat shoes like Chuck Taylors, some wear weight lifting shoes, others wear Vibrams. But lifting at home, I dont have to worry about finding a pair of shoes and can just go barefoot. Which is nice, since Id stick to barefoot or sandals year round if I could. ;)
