Stuck in Troy,Al.....I never ever leave on a trip no matter how short without my running gear...except this time i did..A simple out and back to Wallmart in Brundridge Al...Plant got me out 2hrs late I made up a hour but still I hr late...rescheduled till tues morning...So at the days Inn and a walk to walmart =5$ shirt..5$ shorts and 20$ Starter running shoes....You cant keep a determined runner down :-)
