Student Union Elections. Scheduled dates for presidential elections: - Wednesday, Oct. 2nd: Short presentations of nominees in Stages 9, 10 Morning Assembly. (7:40) - Thursday, Oct. 3rd: Short presentations of nominees in Stages 7, 8 Morning Assembly. (7:40) - Monday, Oct. 7th: Quick reminder in the morning assembly – Stages 9, 10. - Tuesday, Oct. 8th: Quick reminder in the morning assembly – Stages 7, 8. Voting: Grades 11, 12. (IG Office – all day) N.B.: Voting for Stages 11,12 will be open for the following day to suit students’ schedules. - Wednesday, Oct. 9th: Quick reminders in the morning assembly – Stages 9, 10. Voting: Stages 9, 10 (IG Office – all day) Stages 7, 8 (Deputy Office - during the short break at 9: 15) - Thursday, Oct. 10th: Voting: All students who missed their voting days. (Until 10 o’clock only) Announcement of the winner: Break-time at 11 O’clock Guidelines: - Students will receive one ballot card to cast their votes. - Students must choose ONE nominee only. - Each student will sign next to his/her name on the class list to prove his/her participation in the elections process. - Students are allowed to vote only once. - Campaign managers may attend the sorting of votes upon arrangements with the relevant offices.
