Student speaker series: Spotlight on Sejal Maheshwari, Arts student at St. Xaviers College, Talerang Mumbai 14 batch and intern at Zensar Technologies Have I achieved my goals yet? Not entirely. But I know my flaws and I know how to overcome them (courtesy Talerang). Empowered with tools to communicate (written and verbal), techniques to solve a problem, etiquettes to eat, and tips to submit an impressionable resume, I feel like a Superwoman. I’ve been fortunate enough to have learnt from each of my teammates. There was no competitive environment, it felt like family. There was room for constructive criticism and learning. I feel each person has taught me a little bit of about everything - in their actions, their words, their feedback, and their conversations. I’m glad I made the decision to join Talerang. It has infused a whole level of confidence in me. I feel inspired. My one page CV looks comparatively impressive. When I speak, I focus more on my content; I find myself trying to restrict myself to three basic points. I will always be grateful to Talerang for this change in me. I’ve transformed, in true sense. To those who’ve been a part of this wonderful, six week journey, THANK YOU! I’m a more confident Sejal now; the butterfly is ready to take flight.
