Job Details ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Managing the administration of sending quotes to customers based on Sales manager OR support managers request, taking customer confirmation and noting further expected action. Responsible for handling incoming sales calls to ensure customer satisfaction, including prospective calls. Independently follow up with customers for quotes submitted and further expected action from our side, in terms of technical clarifications etc. Provide prompt, friendly and efficient telephone service to client’s base for sales team. Responsible for fulfilling customer’s requirement on specifications and pricing, including routing to proper department. Responsible for fulfilling all order commitment in terms of installation, training etc in consultation with Sales manager. NOTE: CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE BEEN GRADUATED FROM A MUMBAI BASED ENGINEERING COLLEGE OR SHOULD BE WILLING TO RELOCATE TO MUMBAI.
