Students and staff at James Monroe High School would be relocated for two years to the John Marshall campus starting this fall under a revised facilities modernization plan proposed Thursday by Rochester Superintendent Bolgen Vargas. Students at School 15, next door to Monroe, would be moved to the vacant School 6 on Upper Falls Boulevard; students at All City High and LyncX Academy would be moved from the Marshall campus to spare space off St. Paul Boulevard; and the School 22 building would close permanently this year, with its students moving north to the Franklin campus.
