Students who want to improve their conversational English, please read. A warm welcome to all my newbies here. Please read the older posts because "therein lies the truth" (lay lie, not lies, untruths) :) And to Mr. Himanshu Jindal from India, who is a very polite gentleman, and with all sincere hopes for his success. He shows the true intent of a good teacher, takes examples from others, contacts those who can help him ultimately help the students. The best teachers are those who learn from the more experienced and I am still learning MUSIC!.. Harsha Markalande, as I told you already. A maestro in music and in Sri Lanka at Lyceum Nugegoda. The intent in music is to educate those who like music that there is more to music than just sung songs, there are instrumentals and there are all genres, at least 70 when I last counted, Inde, Spoken word, Jazz (smooth, Acid), world, Alternative, Ambient, Blue grass, Celtic, Dubset, Americana, EDM, Experimental, even Holiday and House. Check out reverbnation/taba and change the genre, then you have it all. Good Morning Andy Mam I am Himanshu Jindal From India I want to start an english learning and training institute in my city. Can you please provide me some basics as on how to go about it. Which are the books that I should consult in order to make learning easy and fun for the students like "wren and martin" is the first book coming to my mind English Tutor -Andy Exam Trainer That is too complicated for the beginner Himanshu, and thank you for contacting me, welcome to my page, I would recommend "Essential Grammar" by Raymond Murphy, (Orange covered book) which is for conversational English and the price is (if in India) cheap. The answers are given at the back of the book. There are English errors in the book which have to be corrected, but on the whole you would do better with Raymond Murphy and get them all up and talking immediately. Sentence structure is left to you. The book generally says it all, but not structured! Good luck!
