You don’t need to run a marathon, but do consider recommendations from The Office of Women’s Health and try to get 2.5 hours weekly of moderately-intense aerobic activity and muscle-strengthening activities on two or more days. Activities can include briskly walking, playing Frisbee, raking leaves or playing with children.
