Study showed there are as much as 15,000 tons of food that can feed 7.5 million people wasted daily in Malaysia. Sometime ago some people criticise the Royals in Saudi Arabia for the display of food wastage annually. On the other hand, food wastage is inevitable due to various uncontrollable circumstance. But the problem can be balanced and or legitimised if food wasters are equally charitable especially in paying their zakat or poor due.
