Stuff like this pisses me off. Every single time a minority is arrested by a white police officer there is a cry for racial profiling. You never hear anything about when the review happens and no racial profiling happens because it isnt newsworthy that someone did their job. It is only newsworthy when someone is clearly resisting arrest who happens to be a minority then Cruz that they were racially profiled and that the white officer used excessive force.
