Stuffed Mussels: INGREDIENTS 600 g mussels big ... 150 g rice 20 g pine nuts 1 onion salt sugar fresh mint olive oil 400 ml white wine Preparation Wash the mussels and put them to soak for 2 hours in cold water with a tablespoon of salt. Open the mussels in two without separating the two valves. Wash the rice and place in a bowl with warm water for 40 minutes, drain well and pour into a saucepan.
