Stuffed chicken! toasted the pine nuts, mixed with (Mashed 1/4) camembert cheese and 2 table spoons of cranberry sauce. Butterflied the chicken, filled rolled and tied. Browned in a pan then put into the slow cooker 3hours low 1 hour high. With potatoes, pumpkin. 1 can of cream of chicken soup and 1/4cup of water. Served with a veggie bake. Peas, corn, carrot, ham, brocoli and cauliflower with cheese sauce 😊 tastes lovely 😆
