Stumbled upon a short video of the custom 238.5 lbs. 103 Challenger that we built a few years ago. This was the maiden flight with 28 hp and 200 lbs. pilot. Plane had our custom alum. panel, custom wheels and hydraulic disc brakes, working electric starter, .5 lb. battery, custom wiring with our quick disconnects and a Standard Challenger 1 sail cloth wing with double the rib count. That is the lightest that we have built to date and I know I could probably build one around 225 lbs. with a bit more tweaking.
