Stunned: my favorite bar has 86ed my buddy. A new hire bouncer wasnt professional and in the moment, totally had it all wrong getting my buddy kicked out. This employee, in my opinion,just from my interactions, was way out of line. Awful people skills, tons of assumptions, and full of machismo. The other door guys just piled on in the heat of the moment, because its a big deal to have your brothers back and have a uniform stance on judgments made by the door guys. Sad because I know that this new hire had it all wrong. Now I gotta send a heart felt and clear email to the owners, who are some of the most awesome guys Ive ever crossed paths with. Im sure the response will be not good, as they were not there and will take word of their employees. The illest part was that another door man put hands and kinda pushed or shoved the wife to tell her,or let her know that our friend was 86ed. As she had no idea that this went down, it is not gentleman like to do so. You gotta mind your manners or the situation can get real weird, real fast. I take it all with a grain of salt. I wanna cool all this out because I respect all involved. But dang, it takes only one new guy to ruin years of trust and respect. I hope all ends well, but much is doubtful. Wish me luck.
