Sub: AICTE Chairman surrendered before Advisor(Approval) and CVO for the reasons best known to him : Both officials neglect the letters forwarded to them by MS and Chairman and keep pending for many months /years Sir, As you are fully aware that AICTE has lost its image before the nation ,every one knows about abrupt corruption in AICTE .The AICTE slogan- Transparency, Accountability and Education for all are only for notice boards and for your satisfaction. As per our information the applications sent to your excellency are forwarded by you to Advisor (Approval) and to CVO Mr Birud for necessary action. Then? Nothing happens because these tow officials just tag these letters in files and dump in almiras.and You never bother about the pain of applicants in absence of transparency and accountability mindset. It is a fact that there your Excellency never ask any feed back and there is no control on these two notorious officials of AICTE for the reasons best known to you. As per our information from April 1 to till date more then 3000 letters must have been forwarded by you to them with no result. How can AICTE claim that there is accountability and transparency. It is very painful and shameful to such a highest qualified organization where chairman merely work as letter forwarding clerk only.There must be some code of conduct for them but it is said that you and MS both are scared in taking any action. Reason may be lying in you. However you are a committee formation expert and form many committees like Grievance committee, Enquiry committee with no output just for time pass and to help notorious collegues of AICTE. It is said by learned people that every one must fear of law of land ,if not Law of God is superb ,The officials who have lost control over subordinates are impotent. Sir, this year AICTE experts were selected illegally and approvals of non political peoples were rejected on fake grounds ,these applications are pending with grievance committee without any action. They have lost crores due to them. You must meet them first instead meeting political people .Moreover some internal workshops to be organized in AICTE towards human behavious. Hope an early action about all pending letters lying in AICTE staff specially Advisor(Approival) and CVO of AICTE
