Subhanallah An old woman was accused of stealing a necklace and the king ordered that her hand should be cut. She fell to the ground and started crying. She had only come from a village nearby to sell food so as to go and feed her children at home. Seeing her as a stranger made them accused her and the king without knowing passed the judgment on her. They were still in that situation when the necklace was returned to the owner by her sister. she had borrowed it from her without her knowing. When the king heard that he almost jumped off his seat because of fear of what he has done,he had passed a wrong judgment on her. The old woman hand has been cut off and she was crying. The king now asked her oh old woman please ask me for anything within my power that I can do for u. The old woman raised up and said The reason I was crying was because I was accused of what I have never committed (stealing) but since now Allah has cleaned me from this allegation,Am not the one who stole the necklace... I have Forgiven u.Allah has already ordained that I would lose my hand.I have 4given u Subhanallah if not because of her strong Imaan...claiming damages must come up,taking him to court but she 4gives him and requested for nothing... Let us learn to always try to forgive those who have offended us and not to be always thinking of revenge. May Allah Increase our Iman....
