Regarding Transport ministry Public on wheels Labour harbour Service on dedication Face clarification 1]- RTC- City services- day pass ticket issue Case study---- GHMC- TS………… Bus Conductors role- coin exchange- Days pass ticket to travel 15km in a day by day by any gender- cost ticket fee rs40/ - salable / available at all RTC depot and with Bus conductor on duty- The daily travelling for every passenger will be a purpose deal - The senior citizen / trader / vendor are in travel in day ahout 30+ KM The cost will be rs40+ per passenger ticket depends upon the stage carriage bus bays. The coin exchanmge on ticket price issue say re1, rs2, rs5, Rs10/ note etc is a work task to passenger or BUS conductor say at the time of fresh duty hours from Depot. The exchange coin will be written by duty conductor and the passenger will have to collect at the their stage exit by exchanging the coins or amoung the fellow passenger say rs5/, rs2/ etc. at the bus bay There is a instants on exchange issue to passenger by the conductor and coin or note exchange collection by the passenger was inconvenience . Because the passenger / travellor / tourist etc. passenger has to catch the other Bus when the boarded / running RTC’s Bus was in break down. Hence the coin exchange was not collectable by passenger from the conductor as the passenger was in work to board and not on debate with RTC staff. Even though the coin / currency exchange was written on the passenger ticket but tha passenger has to loose on above case / cause say rs2/, rs6/, rs4/, rs7/, rs40/ etc. The coin / currency’s exchange collection by the passenger can be curtailed by issuing the day pass of rs40/ to any passenger / gender. This rs40/ ticket per citizen is a reasonable cost as the passenger of Hospital, Court, Temple, Market, Park, Relations House’s visit etc. are in daily travel Normally the passenger will have to travel per day of 16 hours on their work for not less than 30 km per day on to and fro. That is also the passenger has to board in to other stage carrier who are in travel to 15 KM route at any city service at GHDA-TS which has the 15 KM x 15 KM ie. 225 +KM 2 or 46 + KM circumference / perimeter area. For eg--- Say for Uppal depot to Charminar / Afjalgunj at GHMC / GHDA area— A]- case-The passenger at Uppal depot has to get the ticket up to Chaderghat ie. at this way to Charminar . Hence the ticket will be rs10/ + rs 7/ = rs17/. But direst bus ticket from Uppal depot to Charminar vis chaderghat, CBS cross, was rs15/ only. Also the case from Uppal depot to Afzalgunj. OGMH- hcofap. B] case-- The direct bus ticket was rs13/. But if the passenger board in Uppal depot to Koti and Koti to Afjalgunj was a cost of rs13/ + rs6/ = rs19/, C]- case-Also Uppal depot to Fever hospital and then from Fever hospital to Afjalgunj was rs15/+11/ = rs 26/ on metro express as the ordinary was in full of passengers say by bus pass holders. D]- case- Uppal depot to Afjalganj Uppal depot to LB nagar xroads= rs14/-LB nagar to Koti = rs11/- Koti to Afjalgunj =rs9/ ie total = rs34/ This is the bus route are available to passenger to travel to the General hospital or High court or Charminar say. The rate are rs 15/, 17/, 13/, rs19/, rs26/, rs21/, rs34/ etc. Because the GHMC roads are in diagonal sector. Hence the rs40/ Day pass ticket of 5 AM to 9 PM validity for 15 KM service only at the city / town services ie . in particular to senior citizen / children is a good offer by RTC to check the coin exchange menace say re1/ to rs10/ ie . passenger and conductor in the daily Bus travel in the AP or TS. Here we are enclosing the RTC stage carrier bus passenger tickets in which the conductor was written for issue at the Bus stop at the passenger’s exit destination . The conductor was at ready to issue the change but the passenger has failed on miscellaneous cases to collect this coin change on so many cause or case of present days works in vogue. Hence the rs5/, rs10/, rs15/, rs20, rs30/ is a best solution as the 7seater auto was cpllecting the charges in the same range as the charge say at Koti, Uppal ring road, LB nagar x roads, Ramathapur - DDTV circle, Medipally / Chengincherla center, Boduppal colony, Parvathapuram etc. to check the exchange payment by the auto driver as a express service. Now a days the ticket of re1/, rs2/, rs4/, rs6/, rs7/, rs9/ etc up to rs20/ say. It is a best way to issue day pass of rs40/ for the passenger at all depot or at conductor on duty at all RTC services. Evidence proof--- Exchange dues incurred- city services- GHMC / GHDA- RTC Tickets of GHMC / GHDA area- TS. Yadagirigutta, Rajendra nagar, Chengincherla- Uppal, Fhaluknama, Kukutpally, Kushayguda, Bandlaguda, Hayat nagar, Kachiguda, Barkatpura etc depot. In the month of June month of 2014 to September month of 2014 duration- GHDA area –RTC travel survey case was furnished in favour of information and to take necessary action please sir / madam. This will be a 35~ KM travel on single trip. 2- A]— Bus stage carrier Route numbers display……… The City or Town service’s route numbers are to be displayed to vision / visible of the stage bus stop in view of senior citizen, children, tourist etc. The colour of the number is to be Black colour on white paint, with number figure size was Width x Height = 1 inch x 1ft .This will facilitates to all area’s citizens / denior citizen / children, tourists who are not known the regional languages say Tamilnadu, Odisha, Chatheesghad, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Malayalam, Bengali etc. The route way and stage bus stop, via etc are to be displayed in the RTC web site to get it information by internet holders. The Bus route number and its route way etc. are to be placed for the sake at all . At the depot for public information may be made available the route, bus route number for sale This may be implemented ie. at the GHMC- TS area say. By this the Tourist will get information on the Bus bay, stage stop, Depot, GHMC circles etc of the stage carrier service. B]- ordinary / subsidy / concession bus RTC services- The Bus services should be with seat less stage carrier. The standing frome / rods / folders etc may be provided as in MMTS, Metro rail in the Kolkata, Delhi etc.This is for the students, vendors of age below 45 years who are in the daily travel at the city / town. By this the entry / exit way standing by the travellors we can correct / check. Now 20011-2014 accidents cases as per police dairy of GHDA was 10+ per month . In Many cases the students are fallen from the runnig / moving bus from the Bus foot board’s travel ie this is particularly in the closing and starting of the school / college time say, 8 AM or 4 PM at all places of the city / town area. C]- Inter town service—30 KM single trip way-stage carrier-RTC The villages are connected to the city / town The villagers will travel to city / town from 5 AM to 8 AM They will return from the city / town was from 5 PM to 7 PM. This is their normal rush hours in all days. Hence the 30 KM route stage carrier buses are to be kept in run by the RTC as per the rush hours. This will checks the fuel cost on the RTC works. The passenger services with 1KM per stage are to be kept in run in the city or town line. The fare should be minimum rs10/ and rs5/ per stage stop bus bay. This will curtails the fuel cost and traffic way zam. Remaining hours the bus should be kept in depot to minimize the overhead expenses of the stage carrier Case for trial run---Ghatakeswar to Shadnagar The Stage bus bay stops are Narapally, Medipally, Boduppal Kaman, Uppal bus stop, ring road / SOI, Homeopathic hospital / Dharmakiran, Kali temple, Nallakunta circle, Kachiguda kabela, Chaderghat, Afjalgunj, High court / city college, Zoo park, Shadnagar etc. For every 30 minutes one bus has to be kept in run in the rush hours, say from Ghatakeswar to Shad nagar was 6 AM to 9 AM and 4 PM to 6 pm timings. From Shadnagar 7 AM to 10 AM and 3 PM to 7 pm timings. On trial basis one Bus service at the Uppal depot may be kept in run by RTC for 30 days on cost return survey. The timings shown above was normal passenger rush hours. This is to be made as a permanent work at all city / town services on the trial service was in sucess. D]- Bus bay / stop’s name announcing- Public service-RTC ………. The RTC’s Bus staff on duty has responsibility on announcement on the stage stop’s station . The Bus bay Jackey’s service , as in fmradio’s Rail way stations etc. rj, that is needed at RTC’s services and a must as the passenger are in purpose work say Hospital, Buyer, services etc.- In the case of Senior citizen, Tourists, Business man, Trader, Vendor, Trafficking / casual / contracted labour, the announcement of bus bay stop by the bus staff on duty is a must too . It is there in the work but avoided now by the RTC staff at the GHDA area on TS in force. Case study- ……. Uppal depot- Kukut Pally to Uppal depot via- RTC x roads- dt-16-9-2014- 2pm--- The passenger was on boarded at the Kukut pally for Amber pet. But he has not get down at Amberpet and even at the Parvatipuram / Peerzadiguda bus bay. The RTC staff on duty was failed to announce the bus bay stop from the NIMS to uppal depot .
