Subject: Discovery Brigham v Skipp adversarial bankruptcy proceeding Dear Representatives and Senators, I am CCing/forwarding you on this email because I want to show you a serious issue in real time. Family court fraud affects every constituency: the impact is not only on parents and their children alone, but their extended families as well. If you would like to learn more, about judicial fraud, I have provided links at the bottom of the email to Attorney Tinley. Dear Mr. Tinley, As counsel for Attorney Mary Brigham, I am requesting discovery in our adversarial proceeding in federal bankruptcy court. Pursuant to federal rules of discovery and CUTPA 269c 613, Please ask Mary Brigham to provide a retainer with negotiation notes- if any- the informed consent that involving her services would result in violation of (my) Susan Skipps fundamental rights to parent, the informed consent to the children. Please provide a contract, its terms, its consideration, and acceptance per attorney code and general contract law for Mary Brighams alleged services that ultimately resulted in serious psychological and physical abuse to my children. Please include this for the time period of September 2010 and at any time following march 28, 2011. Please have Mary Brigham define services as they fall under child support as defined in 2005 child support guidelines. Please have Mary Brigham provide billing information exported from her legal time and billing program and provided to Susan Skipp (me ) unaltered and in electronic format. Every legal time and billing program on the market has this export capability and she should contact her technical services person if she has any questions on how to do this. The billing total is over $130,000.00 I believe. Despite numerous requests, I have yet to receive such record, and when I could afford counsel, Mary Brigham refused to provide billing to counsel. Finally please have Mary Brigham provide her file as GAL for anytime she believes she was appointed. It is subject to discovery as well. Thank you. We have a deadline.
