If you are the seller, you will need : (1) Your vehicle Registration issued minimum 90 days prior, showing there is no lien on the vehicle. (2) Safety Inspection within the last 60 days. (3) Both plates attached to vehicle or an Italian Police Report for a loss/stolen tag. If you are the buyer you will need: (1) U.S. and AFI drivers license. (2) Copy of your PCS orders: Civilians/Contractors will need a logistical support letter. (3) Mandatory Italian Insurance Certificate or temporary insurance document. (4) Fees for registration - in Euro only. In all cases: missing documents will require us to reschedule the appointment. A record check of buyer and seller should be done by MVRO prior to scheduling the transaction to prevent problems with registrations.
