Subject: Public notification to all ICAN members. I am quite surprised to see publication of committee list (ican.org.np/nonstandingcommittee) of ICAN long after 178th Council meeting. I have disagreed to be member of Building committee and small and medium practice committee citing concrete principal reason (Three council members had note of descent and two were absent). Despite this all committee were formed like ICAN is "one man company". I hereby declare that I am no more a member in Building and SMP Committee. Hence I do not have responsibility and accountability on the decisions of respective committees. I found many present council members, senior CA members, past presidents including immediate past president were removed from committees. We have not been provided logical reason of exclusion and inclusion of members in standing and non-standing committees. Please note that I am compelled to go in front of all members through face book since we (4 council members) kept our concern in Council meeting, through note of descent and lastly through resignation citing basic requirements to form committees.
