Alex did an EXCELLENT job!he immediately made me feel comfortable and DID NOT push me into a buy (like I experienced SEVERAL times before coming to Jim Coleman Honda). He was very upfront with me about the financing, negotiation portion, and what was actually valuable versus a luxury. All in all, to sum up everything, if it wasnt for Ales upbeat, sincere, easy going, and trustworthy personality I dont know if I would have actually bought the car from your dealership. In saying this, this is only because when it comes to money it overwhelms me so much to the point where I dont smile anymore and get pretty defensive (mechanism only not to get screwed over). He knew exactly what to say and ACTUALLY got me to relax! I will recommend Alex to ANYONE I know who is on the market for a new/used car. Also, I ended up having a BLAST and a comprehendible chat about warranty, financing, and additional options with Richmond Lee. He broke everything down so I could actually understand what would be best for my lifestyle.
