Subject: Request for Expedited Copy of Adverse Information Pertaining to me (Gregory Lee) reflected in JPAS Dear Mr. Les Blake, I am requesting an Expedited Copy of Adverse Information Pertaining to me written by my former Employer in Iraq Gould and Associates. I am requesting the Adverse Information Pertaining to me be expedited based on my five children and wife who I support on one source income. According to Rome Research Corporation they are willing to re-hire me as soon as this matter is settled. According to Mr. Gould in his email below to me dated 24 November 2006 the incident report he filed with DSS is based on emails I sent to OSEC and EFW. EFW is the primary contractor of the equipment that OSEC and Gould and Associate worked together as a team for EFW and in EFW uniforms. According to Mr. Bill Johnson (EFW Project Manager out of Texas) during a meeting with all personnel we all represent EFW. No confidentiality agreement between Gould and Associate and me was broken. Instead: 1. Mr. Gould owe me two weeks pay in Iraq which was promised to me during my resignation (I resigned due to my wife at the time was eight months pregnant and ill) which I never received 2. 2. Mr. Gould retaliated against me because as he stated in an email with this letter; My resignation cost his company a lot of money. 3. Once Mr. Gould found out I had another job he just could not accept facts and pursued his agenda of getting back at me. If the below email by Mr. Gould is true he has separated himself from a lawsuit by stating DSS instructed him to file the incident report. Theyve read your e-mails and that was their assesment. Your continued e-mails to EFW are all additional violations of your confidetiality agreement with us. All are added to the incident report per instruction from the Defense Security Service, and only make it less likely that the U.S. Government will ever grant you access again. You also need to know that once an incident has been filed with DSS only DSS can remove it from your file. They instructed us to file it, they will investigate the multiple incidents we documented ... and then if they determine that you are still trustworthy enough to be granted access to classified and U.S. Government information they will restore your access. This will be the last communication you receive from us. Any further communication needs to be between your lawyer and ours. You can also contact the Defense Security Service if you want ... Im sorry that things have turned out this way, and we wish you the best of luck in your future endevors. Sincerely, Stephen A. Gould The sooner this matter is cleared the sooner I will be able to continue to support my five children (20 days till Christmas) and wife in Germany at the same time work for our Government which I’ve done for over 20+ years in Top Secret and Secret positions. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING E-MAIL’S WHICH PROVE MR. GOULD RETALIATED AGAINST ME BECAUSE HIS COMPANY LOST A LOT OF MONEY AFTER I RESIGNED FROM HIS COMPANY MR. GOULD STATES THIS IN ONE OF HIS E-MAILS TO ME. I appreciate your efforts and hope to hear from you soon. Thank you, Gregory Lee.
