REQUIREMENTS -Bachelor in any specialization; preferably engineering, economics, or math. -5 to 7 years in the supply chain field within an FMCG environment -Excellent English and Arabic Personal Competencies: -Leadership, drive for results, organized, analytical, communication, presentation and leading by example Technical Competencies: -Aware of quality and safety management methods and practices (LOTO, WISE, AIB…etc.) -Excellent MS Office, knowledge about lean operation and TPM is a plus 3.Plant Quality Manager The primary responsibility of the plant quality/quality control manager will be to deliver the value promises to the customers and consumers by ensuring conformity in product, processes and behaviors. He/She will.ensure the product in conformance with specifications and raise quality awareness on all plant teams. The job holder will work on decreasing the trend of quality and food safety related consumer complaints coming from factory related origins through processes and system efficiency & compliance. The role will require close working and co-operation with CBU Quality, Operations, Sourcing, Supply chain, Product Development and Engineering. REQUIREMENTS - A sound experience within FMCG quality environments (7-10 years). Technical depth and detailed knowledge of Food Processing. Broad knowledge covering food safety and food hygiene programs, packaging, printing and legislation and raw materials analysis. Previous production experience is a plus. 4.Production Shift Leader -Responsible and accountable for overall production operations contract delivery in the factory, during the assigned shift.
