Both short stay (one week min) or long stay are possible. - one bedroom with two beds and window with lot of light. - one bathroom. - one large kitchen. - one room with a couch-bed for hosting guests. - one small terrace. - furnished. - quiet. every room is not on the street side - fresh even during summer, especially the bedroom. - bus stop to the city center and central bus station almost 15 meters from the apartment (n. 13 and 14). - many shops, restaurants, cafe bar in the area (Hapalmah street). - 10 minutes walk to the vibrant German Colony. - Wi-Fi - a very helpful and nice landlady - clean. Price is 3.600 shekel per month (900 per week). Everything included, except electricity and water (I typically pay for two people around 100-150nis/month). Namely, 0.54nis per unit of electricity and 7.84nis per unit of water (thats how much they charge for electricity and water, you can always check how much youre paying so you dont have any unexpected surprise).
