Large attic room with rooftop exit, lots of plants, records and books, VHS collection with a tiny TV right by comfortable bed. 1 min walk to Spadina and Dundas streetcars, Chinatown, amazing cheap food everywhere. Youll share the house with the best roommate who lives on the other side of the house, so it will be a pretty private situation for both of you. Downstairs work space will be empty and avail for you to use and you can borrow my bike while Im gone.
