Submit your comments! Did you know that ORSANCO is considering whether to continue to allow mixing zones for discharge of toxic chemicals into the Ohio River? Did you know mixing zones are really just technical jargon for dilution areas with completely imaginary boundaries that still allow the same amount of pollution into the River, and dont prevent humans or aquatic species from accessing that zone?
