Success Tip: For years while growing up your are told to behave and do what youre told to do. Your school and your parents condition you to respect and fear authority figures and to follow their directions. Then you get a job and again, you respect and fear the authority figure. Is it any wonder why corporate America setup and continues to influence our public education system? If youre having a tough time achieving your goals, maybe its because youre outstanding at fearing authority figures and following directions? If so, dont worry, theres an easy solution. Simply pick a goal, work up a plan with an authority figure in your life and have them tell you to do it. Set weekly assignments and rewards. Do this until you achiece your goal. Continue to do this until you no longer need to. Over time you will become internally driven once you develop your own style and daily discipline.
