Success We can define success in many ways and for some it is just being happy where they are at and I am okay with that. However, I have always try to be in a continuous improvement mode and help others be more successful. It is hard to improve without being will to learn and to make changes that bring better outcomes. If you are in any company trying to market, you had better be working hard to learn from the industry experts. There are so many great leaders to follow and I have literally dozens I am connected to for ideas and inspiration. If you are struggling to move forward I suggest you look at your approach. After all, you are in your own business and cannot rely on anyone but YOU to deliver results. Success comes with hard work, perseverance, and a willingness to make changes as you learn. I am a firm believer that anyone can succeed if they find a home where there is expertise in training, duplicable systems that can be utilized by every team member, and support from the top earners to help close and build a team. However, you must apply what is available if you want to be successful. You want catch on through osmosis. If you dont have these available to you, then I suggest you find a better opportunity!
