Successful Retrieval of Monies Owed Via MCOL... I am just about to start my 1st ever MCOL action. I am using the MCOL Online guide as a template seems pretty straightforward. https://gov.uk/make-money-claim-online Wanted to know your experiences in this field and what kind of success rate you guys have %wise. Normally I write off small amounts but this particular Tenant has been a bit of a Dick. Especially considering the amount of help I gave him and his family. It has become personal and I realise I may never see the full amount of money but would be sweet knowing he has to pay £x per month to me. May just cause him slight financial worries. Need to know if recent legislation for Bailiffs needing to contact these fraudsters 7days prior makes them ineffectual. Also remember hearing others on here , using the Sheriffs is more effective as they are not currently bound by the new laws. What tricks have your tenants implemented to avoid / delay payments?? As always all positive feedback appreciated.
