Succession planning is key in every area of life! Its a proven fact that successful businesses have lined up and are mentoring their companies future CEOs....it shouldnt be any different in the Kingdom! My generation requires GODly mentors who are not intimidated by us but who want to transfer all their knowledge in an attempt to position us to do much greater work in and for the Kingdom than what they have done! To my generation: every opportunity that you can get to learn from someone older than you in the faith do so! They might worship differently, dress differently etc but the manner in which many of them conduct themselves is admirable, they have great character and have gone to places and done things which you need to know about!
