Such a good relaxing sleep and I must have needed it, almost 28hrs since Saturday night and such a change I have felt within myself. Normally I would feel a ball of pure energy, about the size of a football, glowing all oranges, yellows and golds and it could be played back and forth from hand to hand or split to create two energy spheres which again could be passed to and fro or collide and enter body via my naval/stomach area, and this time was no different, but instead of coming directly back out, you could feel it like your blood reaching every part of your body, filling every area of me with the energy it contained and as I stood upright the energy left by my feet and engulfed me in a flame, cool on the inside where I was, but a living flame around me of energy, of yellows, golds, oranges and reds on the outside edges and as I lifted my arms the flame stayed with them, right to my fingertips, still cool on the outside and surprisingly cool to anything I touched. After almost 28hrs of sleep I still feel that energy around me and I now feel rested, probably with the help of a meditation soundtrack I found on YouTube, but it feels good and well worth a share. youtu.be/ye8CF8A7r_4
